Redesign and rebuild Shopia's website from scratch
Originally Shopia looked to solely fix the website speed and prevent recurring breakages but given the number of issues, Shopia decided to hire Starkflow to build a new website. The requirement was to completely replatform the site moving from Magento 1 to Magento 2, implement a CRM, and include other 3rd party integrations like Aramex delivery. The decision turned out to be a huge success. Speed no longer was a problem because the site underwent a complete re-platformization thanks to the team Starkflow built for Shopia.

Started with fixing website speed which led to a total rebuild of their platform
Shopia was struggling with finding qualified in house talent for upgrading and maintaining their e-commerce website. They had a team but were not able to find the proper engineers to propel the website to the speed they wanted and develop the product they were looking to bring to market. As a result, the website was slow and had multiple website modules that were breaking. We hired 8 resources across frontend, backend, and UI/ UX to completely build the website from scratch.
